Haiku Sofa Designs goes to extraordinary effort to insure that each and every shipment reaches our customers in the best possible time, for the best possible price and in excellent condition. All shipments are triple boxed for extra care and shipped fully insured against damage. We use UPS Freight, Fed Express Freight and several class A trucking companies. All orders are shipped standard shipment. Please let us know on your order if you would like special express delivery. We will calculate exact shipping charges and notify you for your approval.
How Does this Work?
Once you have decided to purchase one of our fantastic couches, call our toll-free number 1-800-736-7614 during normal business hours (Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, MT), and speak with one of our friendly staff who will assist you in placing your order. Or if you would prefer, place your order over our secure web server 24/7.
Once your order has been placed, we will be process your order and send you a confirming email, sent to your email address.
Shipping Times 
Orders are processed immediately upon receipt. Most orders take between 2-3 weeks from processing to front door delivery. Rarely a product may be backordered. If so, you will be contacted with expected shipping and delivery time.
Honest Shipping
Haiku Sofa Designs offers a straight forward approach to shipping. Almost all of the furniture offered on Haiku Sofa Designs require truck line shipping. Because of the volume of shipping Haiku Sofa Designs products, we have negotiated significant volume discounts which we pass on to our customers.
Truck line shipping prices are clearly quoted for each product up front before you purchase. We do not attempt to hide shipping prices in the product retail cost.
Furniture shipping quotes are for "Residential Front Door Delivery", which is the first ground floor entrance to your home or apartment/condo building and includes a special home delivery notification for no extra charge. After your order ships and the order arrives in your area, the local truck line dispatcher will contact you personally by phone to set up a weekday residential delivery time suitable for your schedule.
White Glove Inside Delivery and Furniture Assembly Service is available for an extra charge. Please contact us for a White Glove Delivery quote.
Haiku Sofa Designs Return Policy
Returns, Cancelled and Damaged Orders
Haiku Sofa Designs guarantees each customer's complete satisfaction. Any order can be canceled up until the time of shipment for a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, any order can be returned within 30 days for a full refund of the original purchase price less the shipping fee.
Return shipping and shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Customer assumes responsibility for the return of the product in new condition. If product is not returned in new and good condition, a refund cannot be issued. A 20% restocking fee may be charged for products that are returned without original boxes and packing materials, or for items shipped truck freight. Refunds will be issued within 7 days after return of goods and completion of transaction.
All products are shipped from Haiku Sofa Designs to our customers, fully insured against loss or damage. In the unlikely event a product is damaged in shipment, Accept Delivery, note on the delivery receipt the number of boxes damaged and contact Haiku Sofa Designs for replacement. Haiku Sofa Designs will file, and coordinate all damage claims with the shipping company. All damaged claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods. Damage goods cannot be returned for credit.
Refused shipments incur original and return freight charges billed to the customer. All shipping times are approximate.

In addition Credit Card information and numbers are only kept until the order is processed, filled, and completed.
